Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80) is a surfactant which can also reduce bacterial attachment and inhibit biofilm formation[1]. Solubility enhancement as high as 100-fold is achieved using 1% Tween 80 in vitro[2].
體內(nèi)研究(In Vivo)
Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80) (IP; 10 ml/kg) significantly decreases locomotor activity at a concentration of 32% in saline (v/v) in male outbred (BALB/c x DBA/Z)F1 mice weighing 24-30 g[3].
