Oligomycin  (Synonyms: 寡霉素)

Oligomycin 是一種抗真jun抗生su，是 H+-ATP 合成酶的抑制劑。Oligomycin 斷氧化磷酸化和電子傳遞鏈。Oligomycin 抑制缺氧性腫瘤細(xì)胞 HIF-1alpha 表達(dá)。

生物活性

Oligomycin, an antifungal antibiotic, is an inhibitor of H⁺-ATP-synthase. Oligomycin blocks oxidative phosphorylation and the electron transport chain. Oligomycin inhibits HIF-1alpha expression in hypoxic tumor cells

體外研究(In Vitro)

Oligomycin, inhibitor of the F0 part of H⁺-ATP-synthase, suppresses the TNF-induced apoptosis^[1].
