     改進(jìn)的經(jīng)典CTAB植物DNA抽提液內(nèi)(添加多種針對(duì)植物特點(diǎn)的多糖、多酚去除成份)迅速裂解細(xì)胞和滅活細(xì)胞內(nèi)核酸酶,氯仿抽提后通過離心**多糖、多酚和蛋白質(zhì)(根據(jù)需要,上清中還加入異丙醇離心沉淀基因組DNA,進(jìn)一步去除其它各種雜質(zhì)),然后基因組DNA在高離序鹽狀態(tài)下選擇性吸附于離心柱內(nèi)硅基質(zhì)膜,再通過一系列快速的漂洗-離心的步驟, 進(jìn)一步將多糖、多酚和細(xì)胞代謝物、蛋白等雜質(zhì)去除,**低鹽的洗脫緩沖液將純凈基因組DNA從硅基質(zhì)膜上洗脫。


產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

1.離心吸附柱內(nèi)硅基質(zhì)膜全部采用進(jìn)口特制吸附膜,柱與柱之間吸附量差異極小,可重復(fù)性好。克服了國產(chǎn)試劑盒膜質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定的弊端。

2.不需要使用有毒的苯酚等試劑,也不需要乙醇沉淀等步驟。

3.快速,簡捷,單個(gè)樣品操作一般可在1小時(shí)內(nèi)完成。

4.數(shù)種去多糖、多酚成份和多次柱漂洗確保高純度,OD260/OD280典型的比值達(dá)1.7~1.9,長度可達(dá)30 kb -50kb,可直接用于PCR,Southern-blot和各種酶切反應(yīng)。
